Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Our team will process the cancellation within 24 hours.

Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

14-Day Returns Warranty

Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their item. If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@7boxtech.com with details and a photo of the issue.
